Document Converters

HTML to PDF, JPG to PDF, HTML to Markdown and Lists to CSV

Move a document from one format to the next. Save a web page or a block of text as a PDF, bundle photos into one PDF, turn HTML into clean Markdown or plain text into HTML, make a list into a CSV column, or fix line endings so a file opens properly on another system.

Making PDFs

The PDF converters build the file in your browser. Images keep their resolution and are placed one per page, text is laid out with a readable font and margins, and HTML is rendered and paginated. Nothing is sent to a server, which matters when the document is a contract, an ID scan or a payslip.

Markup formats

Markdown is what README files, notes apps and many content systems use, and HTML is what browsers display. Converting HTML to Markdown strips the tags while keeping headings, links, lists and emphasis, and converting text to HTML wraps paragraphs and escapes characters so the result is safe to paste into a page.

Plain text and CSV

A list pasted from an email or a spreadsheet column becomes a properly quoted CSV that imports cleanly. Line ending conversion switches between Windows CRLF and Unix LF, which fixes scripts that fail on another system and diffs that show every line as changed.

What stays the same

These converters change the format, not the words. Text is carried across as written, and anything the target format cannot express, such as colours in Markdown, is dropped rather than approximated, with the page noting where that happens.
