Open data
Every reference table on OneTask can be downloaded as CSV or JSON and reused. Tables that OneTask compiled itself, such as the cheat sheets, the ASCII table and the colour names, are released under CC0 1.0: copy them into anything, commercial or not, with no permission and no credit needed.
Tables built from other sources
Some tables are compiled from a public source, and that source's licence carries over. Each table page names its source, the date it was retrieved and its licence under the table.
Data from Wikipedia is under CC BY-SA 4.0, which means you must credit it and share anything built from it under the same licence.
IANA registries and US government data are in the public domain.
How to cite a table
Each table page has a Copy citation button that gives the table's name, its
source, the retrieval date and its URL. Attribution is appreciated for CC0 tables but never
required. The files live at stable URLs under /datasets/, so you can fetch them from a
script; please cache them rather than requesting them on every page view.
